By accessing services, submitting a device, purchasing products, requesting service, approving estimates, or completing any transaction with The Computer Shop, you enter a legally binding agreement.
1 Definitions
- Customer — Any person or entity engaging our services or purchasing our products.
- Device — Any hardware submitted or referenced for service or diagnosis.
- Service — Repair, diagnostics, consultation, installation, or any technical work performed.
- Product — Any software, license key, antivirus, hardware component, or accessory sold.
- Estimate — A preliminary cost indication, subject to inspection findings.
- Authorized Channels — tcs.nvarya.in (website) · any address at *@nvarya.in (email) · WhatsApp · SMS · Phone. Documents or communications received outside these channels hold no legal validity.
2 Our Zero-Tracker Privacy Promise
Zero Web Storage — Data submitted through our website forms is never stored on any web server or cloud database. It is instantly routed via encrypted channels directly to our private and secured business inbox.
Data Collection & Use — We only collect the minimum data necessary: name, phone number, email address, and service address. Never sold, shared, or used for any commercial purpose.
Inquiry Deletion — General inquiries or unapproved estimates that do not result in a confirmed transaction are permanently deleted from our systems within 7 days.
Legal Retention — Official business records legally required for tax, warranty, and compliance — including Invoices, Job Sheets, Estimates, and Intake/Outtake forms — are securely retained as mandated by Indian accounting and business laws.
Device Confidentiality — Technicians access only what is necessary to perform the requested service. Personal files, photos, and data on customer devices are never browsed, copied, or used beyond the scope of repair.
Password Handling — Login credentials provided for repair are used solely for that specific repair session. Never recorded or retained.
Device Photography — Devices may be photographed on intake and completion for quality assurance and mutual protection.
Compliance — Full compliance with the IT Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
3 Transparent Pricing & Estimates
Estimates are valid for 7 days or until stock or market price change, whichever occurs first. Final cost may vary following physical inspection. No work proceeds without explicit customer approval. If no response is received after estimate expiry, the case is closed without liability to The Computer Shop.

5 Software & License Sales
All software and license keys are genuine, legally sourced products supplied with a proper GST invoice.
Antivirus — Certified authorized dealer for Net Protector. Kaspersky, Quick Heal, and others also supplied as genuine licensed products.
Stock vs Order — Common titles in stock, available immediately. Specialized titles sourced on order with advance payment. Non-refundable once procurement begins.
No Piracy Policy — We do not install, supply, or endorse unlicensed, cracked, or pirated software under any circumstance.
6 Payment Terms
Payment due immediately upon completion unless agreed in writing. Modes: UPI, Cash, Bank Transfer. Advances non-refundable once service or procurement begins. Ownership of all goods retained until full payment received.
7 Warranty
Warranty is void if: physical, liquid, or electrical damage is found — unauthorized tampering or seal break — or the fault is unrelated to the original repair.
8 Repair Risks & Data Responsibility
Customer must backup all data before submission. No liability for data loss of any kind, pre-existing software issues, or faults outside repair scope. Exception: Liability accepted for proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9 Parts Replacement
Replaced parts become shop property unless return requested before work begins. Equivalent, compatible, or certified non-OEM parts may be used where OEM unavailable. Customer informed where applicable.
10 Returns & Refunds
All completed services non-reversible. Software and activated keys non-refundable. Refund or redo only where incorrect part installed or service defect directly attributable to shop. Physical defects must be reported within 48 hours of collection.
11 Device Storage & Abandonment
Devices uncollected over 30 days may incur storage charges. Devices over 60 days considered abandoned. Following notice attempts, device may be dismantled or sold to recover costs.
12 Service Cancellation
If cancelled after diagnosis commenced, all diagnostic charges payable before device release. Device returned in current condition. No performance guarantee post-cancellation.
13 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service on any job deemed unsafe, technically non-viable, commercially unviable, or legally questionable, subject to applicable law.
14 Limitation of Liability
Not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Maximum liability strictly limited to total amount paid for the specific service or product. Does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
15 Force Majeure
Not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including supply chain disruptions, power failures, natural events, or civil disturbances.
16 Legal Compliance & Digital Validity
GST applicable on all services and products as per prevailing rates.
Digital Document Validity — Invoices, Job Sheets, Estimates, Receipts, and Intake/Outtake records are legally valid only when generated and delivered through Authorized Channels: Official TCS Email, Verified WhatsApp/SMS, or TCS Website.
Fraud Prevention — Any document altered, edited, forwarded from unauthorized sources, or received outside Authorized Channels holds zero legal validity and will be immediately rejected.
All disputes must be raised within 7 days of the triggering event. Jurisdiction: Yamunanagar courts only.
17 Grievance Redressal
For complaints, concerns, or escalations:

18 Modifications
Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use implies full acceptance of the most current version.
19 Final Acknowledgment
Any interaction with The Computer Shop — whether digital, physical, or transactional — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
