I'm Narayan Verma — I answer your request, diagnose your machine, and hand it back fixed. One person. Full accountability.
I didn't plan to start a business. In 2013 I began learning the craft hands-on at a local shop — picked up in three months what most take years to get comfortable with. By 2016 I was working independently. TCS was formally operating by 2017, firm registered 2018.
No investor. No partner. Built from scratch, entirely on my own terms.
Every decision at TCS — the transparent fees, the no-surprise policy, the zero-tracker website — comes from knowing exactly what the opposite looks like. I built TCS the way I wished repair shops worked — transparent, no surprises, no excuses.
